CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
I accept the responsibility to be a Junior Achievement volunteer.  I understand I am committing to a minimum of one Junior Achievement program, consisting of 5 - 8 visits to the classroom.  If I am unable to complete my commitment I will notify the Junior Achievement office immediately and make arrangements to return all of the program materials.
