Laureate induction into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame is a lifetime achievement award for individuals who have made a major, positive impact on New Jersey through the private sector economy or as an advocate of business in the public policy, government, or education sectors. Inductees have consistently demonstrated throughout their professional lives:

Through these accomplishments, Laureates serve as role models for the next generation of business leaders, many of whom are currently Junior Achievement students.
Three Laureates are inducted annually and are drawn from one of the following categories:
