JA Job Shadow Challenge Month JA extends a big thanks to all of the businesses that hosted middle and high school students at their workplace for the JA Job Shadow Challenge.
Because of their efforts, 5,663 middle and high school students received job shadow experiences during this period, exceeding our goal of serving 5,000 students across the state.   JA Job Shadow provides students with an up-close look at the world of work and emphasizes the important connection between what students are learning in school and how that learning is applied in the workplace. Schoolhouse                                           Project Invest in our future - our children - by participating in the Schoolhouse Project with a $1.00 donation. The Schoolhouse Project is a fundraising opportunity to support Junior Achievement programs with help from local businesses in which customers can purchase a paper “schoolhouse” for one dollar. All of the proceeds go to Junior Achievement of Georgia to support free enterprise and economic education for children in grades K-12 throughout Georgia.
