Allstate and The Allstate Foundation have been longtime supporters of Junior Achievement, providing hundreds of classroom volunteers and significant financial contributions to JA operations across the U.S. The same values that guide Allstate’s business—integrity, caring, initiative, and innovation—mirror JA Worldwide's vision and purpose, making Allstate and The Allstate Foundation perfect partners.

In 2004-05, Allstate contributed more than $900,000 to local JA operations. In 2004, The Allstate Foundation made a $1.5 million commitment to JA Worldwide® for the research, development, and implementation of new middle grades program, JA Economics for Success.

The Allstate Foundation continues its support of Junior Achievement through its annual sponsorship of initiatives like the JA Interprise Poll on Personal Finance and other important JA efforts. The Interprise poll surveys teens throughout the United States to better understand their views and opinions about personal financial literacy. What’s New with the Partnership

  • Allstate and The Allstate Foundation continue their support of JA in many ways.  The Foundation recently awarded grants to six JA operations for their successful implementation of JA Economics for Success. Winning JA offices were JA of West Central Florida (Tampa, Fla.), JA of Columbia Empire (Portland, Ore.), JA of Arkansas, JA of Owensboro (Ky.), JA of Central Illinois (Peoria, Ill.) and JA of Elkhart County (Ind.). Pictured below are the staff from JA in Tampa receiving their recognition at a recent JA conference.
