Alumni :: Remember When

Achievement magazine, published 10 times per year, was a great way for students to learn about future career choices and stay in touch with JA events.  The September 1949 issue chronicled the story of Earl O. Shreve, a Western Union messenger boy in the late 1800s who went on to become president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and later president of Junior Achievement The issue also announced Achievers Association socials, JA business competition winners, and the names of 60 JA students who earned college scholarships.

Today the newsletter Futures takes its place.
